We film our videos in 6K or 8K. This is more detailed than 4K. A 4k still from a video is 8 megapixels. An 6K still is 24 megapixels and a 8K video is 40 megapixels. Both a 24 & 40-megapixel photo is more than enough to print a large-scale photo. Our video camera records 30 frames every second.

8K Video Produces Perfect Photographs
You are probably wondering why if 8K is so detailed why we do not film everything in 8K. Actually we do shoot in 8K on our lead camera but it takes more time to edit about twice as long. So we down sample the video first making the footage easier to work on. The down sampled footage is very detailed. We still have the 8K available and if you wish we can use it for a small fee. It is great to have options!
